You should already have received your Username and Password from your ProjectNet Project Manager. If you have not received this information, please do one of the following:
- Contact your Internal ProjectNet Manager.
- Email Citadon’s Customer Care team at support@citadon.com.
Before logging into ProjectNet, please check the following:
- Make sure your browser is configured by following the instructions in the Browser Configuration guide.
- If you are using Windows NT, 2000 or XP, be sure to log in as an Administrator during the First Time Login Process.
- Disable or Unload (from memory) any Anti-virus software you have installed on your system.
- Go to the Citadon home
page.
- Click on the Login button located on the upper right hand of the homepage.

- Click on the Citadon ProjectNet logo or the Login button next to it to access the login dialog box.

- The ProjectNet Docs login window will appear. Enter the username/password you were provided and click the OK button. The username and password are case sensitive.
* If you were not provided with your login information, contact your project administrator, or the Citadon Support Group.

- The ProjectNet Welcome Screen is displayed. Click the Start Setup button to continue.

- ProjectNet displays the subscriber services agreement. Review the agreement and click the Accept button to continue.
- ProjectNet prompts you to change your password the first time that you login. Enter the new password in the New Password field and confirm the new password in the Confirm Password field.
 You will also need to enter a Secret Question and Secret Answer. This allows us to verify your account and send you a new password in the case you forget your password. Your Secret Answer will be case sensitive, so make sure you verify the information before clicking on Change.

- ProjectNet displays the Personal Profile screen. ProjectNet makes this information available to the rest of the Project Team. All fields in Bold are required fields. At the bottom of the screen, you will need to type in a Secret Question and Answer. Please remember your question and answer, as you will need this information to retrieve your password in case you forget. Click the Continue button after you finish updating your Profile.

- ProjectNet displays the Download/Install ProjectNet Java Libraries/Utilities screen. You will be prompted with a security warning (see below) to install and run CSDInstallation.
(NOTE: For Internet Explorer Users) Check the box Always trust content from Citadon, Inc. and click the Yes

- ProjectNet displays the status of downloading a total of 6 java libraries.


- NOTE: After all java libraries have been downloaded, the ProjectNet desktop will load.
- ProjectNet displays the ProjectNet Desktop, the Navigation Bar, and Action Buttons. You’ll see the Desktop each time you login to ProjectNet.
- The Desktop contains New/Changed/Unread Items as well as ProjectNet Bulletin’s - important information sent to ProjectNet Users.
- The Navigation Bar on the left side of the ProjectNet interface is always displayed. The Navigation Bar allows you to navigate through ProjectNet’s different modules.
- The Action buttons on the top right of the interface allow you to get access our Online Help, modify your Preferences, submit a Support request, and Logout.
Below is a quick list of the most frequently used functions of ProjectNet:
- View a File-ProjectNet allows viewing of over two hundred file formats
- Upload Files-Share your documents with other ProjectNet users by uploading Files from your system to ProjectNet
- Download Files-Downloading Files from ProjectNet lets you view and modify shared documents in ProjectNet
- Create a Folder-Folders organize and hold your files
- View the History of a File-ProjectNet tracks which Users have worked with your files
- Send a Message-Send an message to another ProjectNet User
To learn more about the functions above or any other feature offered in ProjectNet, refer to the online Help. To access the online Help, click the Help action button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
If you need assistance at anytime during your ProjectNet session, feel free to submit a support request to Citadon, Inc.
Sending a Support Request to Citadon, Inc.:
- In ProjectNet Docs, click the Support action button.
- The Submit a Technical Support Request window opens.
- To submit a support request, fill in all the necessary information and click the Submit button located at the bottom.
If you do not remember your password, click on the link Forget Your Password? at the login screen.
An extra window will load prompting you for your Username and Email address in your user profile.
 You will need to enter the Secret Answer that you entered at your first login to ProjectNet. Please note that the Secret Answer must be typed EXACTLY the way it was entered (including case).
 After verifying your Secret Answer, the system will reset your password and send your new password to your email address. You are required to enter a new password the next time you login.
