URS Construction Services, to provide web-based project management
services for the Chicago Transit Authority’s (CTA) five year,
$1.9 Billion Capital Improvement Program. O’Brien Kreitzberg is
the Program Manager for the Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The CTA
operates the nation’s second largest public transportation
system, which serves the city of Chicago, 38 surrounding suburbs and
1.5 million riders each weekday.
