Organize - All critical project documents and deliverables are stored in a central set of folders representing key project lifecycle requirements. An intuitive folder structure allows you to organize your project documents the way you want to.

Access - You can upload and download multiple files in a wide range of formats 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world - a feature that helps reduce or eliminate many of the expenses associated with paperwork, postage, printing and travel.

View - View documents in over 250 file formats, including word processing, graphics, photographs, spreadsheets, CAD files and faxes, regardless of the application in which they were created. Files uploaded to a workspace in their native format can be viewed without converting them to PDF or HTML.

Search - Search within or across workspaces with powerful content-based searching, which is standard in all Citadon products. Advanced capabilities in some Citadon products let you search by full text and standard document attributes such as name, file type, date and author. You can also create attributes, such as project codes and status, and link them to documents for richer searching and reporting as well as standardization across workspaces. In addition, optimized search engine performance delivers richer results 15 to 20 times faster than with basic search capabilities.

Collaborate - Keep documents moving through the review process with collaborative features available in Citadon’s viewing technology. Team members can create, delete, save, modify and merge markups, comments and annotations without modifying the original content. Citadon keeps a complete history of who made the annotations and when.
