New Distribution Agreement with GlobePoint A/S Builds On Citadon's Momentum in Europe
SAN FRANCISCO, CA, September 17, 2003 - Citadon, Inc., the leading provider of online software solutions for collaboration on the design, construction and operation of capital facilities, announced it has signed a distribution agreement with GlobePoint A/S to resell and support Citadon's web services in Scandinavia.
GlobePoint will resell Citadon CW™ and Citadon BPD™ in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Iceland and will provide added value services including consulting, integration, training and helpdesk support. GlobePoint is a venture formed by Bentley Plant, the market leader in plant design and management software, and Novo Nordisk Engineering (NNE A/S), one of Scandinavia's leading engineering consulting companies, to offer technology and services to the power and process plant industries in Scandinavia.
