 Citadon Strengthens Management Team with Industry Veteran
San Francisco - July 16, 2004 - Citadon, a leader in Web-based collaboration, document management and business process management solutions, announced today that Kevin Muerle has been appointed to the position of Vice President of Professional Services and Customer Support. Mr. Muerle joins Citadon from Apexon where he served as Vice President of Professional Services.

Mr. Muerle has held a number of sales management, product management and technical roles at both private and public companies including Moai Technology and Versant Corporation. At Moai, Mr. Muerle served as the Vice President of Sales Operations and was instrumental in increasing sales revenue. Prior to Moai, Mr. Muerle was the senior director of product management at Versant and was responsible for building the worldwide systems engineering organization.
