Citadon Announces Major EPC Customer Win at Parsons Iraq Joint Venture

Leading Engineering, Procurement and Construction Firm Anticipates Rapid ROI from Adoption of Citadon's Collaborative Workspace Solution

San Francisco - May 21, 2004 - Citadon, the leader in Web-based collaboration, document management and business process management solutions for project-oriented organizations, announced today that the Parsons Iraq Joint Venture has entered into an agreement which enables project-related employees and global suppliers to collaborate on projects to restore key infrastructure in the Middle East. With Citadon CW™, all Parsons Iraq Joint Venture project participants, regardless of their geographic location, will be able to collaborate in a manner that eliminates time and distance obstacles.

Citadon was chosen in a competitive selection process because of its demonstrated ability to reduce costs and enforce strict project schedules with other EPC customers. Another decision driver was Citadon's capabilities in the area of regulatory compliance, particularly the area of OSHA safety requirements where proper audit controls and documented procedures can yield new efficiencies and establish best practices. Moreover, Citadon was perceived to offer the best long-term value and alignment with the Parsons Iraq Joint Venture's vision of a total solution.

"We are pleased to add the Parsons Iraq Joint Venture to our expanding roster of EPC industry leaders, especially in light of the exemplary work that this fine team has produced in restoring the vital infrastructure to the Middle East, which helps to raise the standard of living around the globe," said Howard Koenig, CEO of Citadon.
