Citadon Named 2005 Codie Awards Finalist in Two Categories

Finalist for Best Business Process Automation Solution and Best Document Management Product or Service

San Francisco - January 19, 2005 - Citadon, the leader in integrated Web-based collaboration, document management and business process management solutions, announced it has been selected as a finalist in both the Best Business Process and Best Document Management Product or Service categories for the Software & Information Industry Association's (SIIA) 20th Annual Codie Awards.

Citadon Velocity was selected as a finalist in the category of Best Business Process Automation, which recognizes excellence in enabling business to be conducted electronically between partners and/or customers.

Citadon's recently released ProjectNet Small Team Edition was chosen as a finalist for Best Document Management Product or Service, which is awarded for the best management of the entire document life cycle. This includes the processes of retrieving, sharing, tracking, revising, and distributing documents and the information they contain.

"The 20th annual Codie Awards continue the tradition of honoring the best of the software, content and education technology industries," said Ken Wasch, SIIA President. "When one considers the number of outstanding companies that competed this year, being named a Codie Awards finalist is a significant achievement."

The Codie Awards, established in 1986, are the only peer recognition awards in the industry and provides a unique opportunity for a company to earn the praise of its competitors. Citadon was chosen as a finalist from among hundreds of nominations by judges consisting of information industry trade press, mainstream technology writers, analysts, consultants and subject-matter experts.

"Citadon's clients already realize the benefits of on-demand business process automation and collaboration solutions through improved communications, greater accountability, and lower costs," said Howard Koenig, president and CEO of Citadon." It is gratifying also to be chosen as a finalist by such a prestigious peer-recognition award program."

The 2005 Codie Awards Winners will be announced on May 25, 2005 at the Sheraton Universal Hotel in Universal City, CA. For more information on the Codie Awards, please go to http://www.siia.net/codies/2005/.
