The Citadon partner program is comprised of global resellers, consultants and systems integrators, and technology providers. It is designed to provide the sales, marketing, and support resources necessary for Citadon and its partners to provide an end-to-end solution for its customers.

There are three categories of partnerships and alliances:
Sales Partners – Our sales partners are primarily resellers and agents that ensure Citadon clients around the world have access to local sales, service and support resources for their Citadon solutions. They have an established market presence in a specific geography and a proven ability to sell and service customers around document management, business process management, and collaboration.
Consulting and Systems Integrator Partners - Our System Integrators (SI) and Consultants are independent companies with expertise in large-scale deployments, enterprise business process management, and advanced technical integrations between Citadon products and other mission critical applications. Consultants have deep vertical market and domain expertise deploying Citadon solutions.
Technology Alliance Partners – Technology alliance partners are companies whose software and/or hardware offerings extend the value and functionality of Citadon's solutions. Alliance partner products integrate seamlessly with Citadon's solutions in a client's environment.
