Mr. Koenig is a successful enterprise software and services executive.
He has led multiple large and venture funded companies to growth,
profitability and industry dominance. As CEO of BenefitAmerica, Mr.
Koenig was responsible for achieving their marketplace dominance and
technology leadership prior to orchestrating their acquisition by
UnumProvident. BenefitAmerica was funded by Texas Pacific Group and
Internet Capital Group. Recently, he led Responsys to financial
stability and profitability. Previously as Corporate Vice President of
Operations and Client Services, Mr. Koenig led Automatic Data
Processing (ADP) through major change initiatives and managed multiple
business units. He managed the creation of internet centric business
units, CRM initiatives and scaling of new outsourcing initiatives.
Prior to ADP, Mr. Koenig served in senior executive roles for Accenture
and Oracle Corporation. He is active on several major Boards and also
serves as a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for the School
of Management, University of Buffalo. Mr. Koenig is the recipient of

Helen Roberts is a seasoned software-as-a-service executive bringing
over 20
years of experience in customer relationship management and information
technology to Citadon. In her role as EVP of Global Customer
Operations, Helen leads the delivery of worldwide professional services
and account management. Prior to joining Citadon, Helen was
Chief Operating Officer for Responsys, where she managed the
development of the solutions, services and operational support
necessary to provide clients with increasingly richer online marketing
solutions. As Executive VP in charge of operations for Benefit
America where she built and managed the product development, client
services and IT organization, Helen Roberts was instrumental in
integrating all aspects of BenefitAmerica operations with UnumProvident
after the acquisition in 2001. Prior to that, Ms. Roberts was VP of
Marketing and Client Services in the Employer Services division of ADP
and led the development and implementation of a corporate-wide client
relationship management platform delivered to 6,000 associates in the
U.S., Canada and Europe. She also held the position of Senior Director
of product development for ADP managing product offerings, defining
requirements for software engineering and establishing program
management standards for ADP. Ms Roberts received her B.S. in
Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh.
Ms. Lopez brings more than 16 years of experience in accounting
management to her role. Ms. Lopez joined Citadon from McKesson
Corporation where she served as Director of Corporate Accounting. Prior
to McKesson, Ms. Lopez held a number of accounting management roles at
both private and public companies including Applied Materials and
Advent Software. Ms. Lopez began her accounting career in the audit
practice at KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, where she earned her CPA credential.
Ms. Lopez holds a BS degree in Business Administration from California
Polytechnic University.
A 20-year technology industry veteran, Mr. Brooksbank joined Citadon
from e-mail marketing leader, Responsys, where he served in a
comparable role. Prior to Responsys, Mr. Brooksbank served as Vice
President of Sales, EMEA, for Xchange, which like Citadon is an Insight
Venture Partners portfolio company. Mr. Brooksbank also served as
President of Mallorns Consulting, where he focused on sales strategy
and management for technology clients including Amdocs and Synergist.
In addition, Mr. Brooksbank has extensive software industry management
experience as Managing Director of Topdata Software and General
Manager, EMEA for Serena International, a leader in change management
software.
Gary Greenberger joins Citadon with more than 20 years of experience in technology sales. Mr. Greenberger recently served as Vice President of Sales for Constructware where he achieved over 85% sales growth rates annually before the company was successfully sold to Autodesk, Inc.. Prior to joining Constructware, he was V.P. of Sales for CompuCom Systems, Inc., a 1.5 billion dollar system integrator where he managed a 100-plus person sales and support organization that achieved more than $600 million in annual sales. Mr. Greenberger also was general manager of the Atlanta branch of Entex Information Services where he grew revenues from $10 million to $100 million. He holds a B.S. in Business Logistics from the College of Business Administration at the Pennsylvania State University.
With more than 20 years of technology marketing experience, Ms. Gogan
oversees all corporate marketing activities at Citadon, including
industry marketing, marketing communications, public relations, and
strategic customer and partner initiatives to support the Citadon sales
team. Prior to joining Citadon, Ms. Gogan was Vice President of
Marketing, at Responsys, a leading email services provider. Previously,
Kathy held executive sales, business development and marketing
management positions with Eloquent (now part of OpenText), Docent,
Decisive Technology, Informix, and Hewlett-Packard. Ms. Gogan holds a
bachelor’s of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the
University of Notre Dame and a Masters of Management from the J.L.
Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
